T-shirts redux
So it turns out that silk screening is hard to do, and next time I'll leave it to the professionals.
But I didn't want to give up on hand-crafted t-shirts, so I tried stencils instead. I purchased a stencil cutter, which is a metal tipped pen that you plug in and it heats up like an iron. Once it's hot, you proceed to burn out your design into some vellum plastic. It sounds easy, but there was that learning curve again. I went through a fair amount of plastic sheets before I got the hang of it. But here you can see I'm close to finishing a two color t-shirt. Less mess, less fuss, and a pretty decent t-shirt.
